Orders are generally dispatched from our distribution centres, which are located Australia wide, within 1 business day after full payment is received.
After dispatching to our couriers, the estimated delivery time frame is as below:
- In Victoria: approximately 2-5 working days
- In NSW, SA, ACT, QLD: approximately 2-5 working days
- In WA, NT and TAS: approximately 2-5working days
Due to ongoing COVID-19 situation national wide and natural disasters from time to time, delivery time frames can be affected and your patience in these cases is highly appreciated.
Our delivery services include:
- Dispatch notification sent to Email or SMS
- Tracking link provided
- Delivery to ground floor entrance
All our delivery charges do not include any assembly service, packaging removal and disposal
- We can not guarantee a delivery on any specific dates or times as this is not something our delivery partners would be able to guarantee either.
- Our carriers are unable to call prior to delivery
- All deliveries are only made during business hours from Mon - Fri (public holidays excepted)
- Orders with multiple items may have multiple deliveries from different carriers since they may be sent from different warehouse locations
In the unlikely event that your parcel is returned to our distribution centres, we will contact you via email
If there are any address discrepancies with your order and the product is returned to us, we will promptly inform you. A re-delivery cost will occur for any products that are returned to us.
Rejected by Receiver
If your item is a gift, please ensure the receiver knows about it to avoid parcel rejection. A re-delivery cost will occur if parcel has to be resent.
The expected time delivery given is for reference only. Delivery might take longer than expected due to various reasons. If you do not receive your item within 2-3 weeks, please contact us.
Pick up or arranging your own courier is not available as we work to ensure our distribution centres can dispatch all goods efficiently at all times.
