Never received descaler and there is now way to contact them.

As per the title, they sent the tablets but not the descaler. There is no mobile or phone number to contact nor a chat on which I can get in touch with someone to fix this issue. They have a contact form on which I explained the problem but no one has gotten in touch. If this is not fixed then I may not buy from them ever again nor recommend them to someone.
